Since it's distance challenge week, we are just posting small WOD's to compliment the distance challenge. Go log some km's then add this if you are still feeling like a work out.
Here are some strength exercises to compliment cycling: 3 rounds of each
Squats (with (10) or without weight (15-20))
Push ups (15)
Heel raises(15-20)
